We are Massimo and Piera, and together we aim to bring right up to date the tradition of a family which has believed in hospitality for 60 years.

One of our apartments has facilities for people with physical disabilities; and for the blind we provide a braille instruction booklet for the use of household appliances. This website itself was created to allow blind and partially sighted people to access it through a screen-reader.
Our message aims to raise awareness with everyone that even what is designed for people with disabilities can and must be beautiful, from a website to an apartment.
Even the city presents itself with a level of architectural barriers reduced to a minimum. There are various associations that allow people with disabilities to play sports and feel like tourists in all respects.
From kite surfing to sailing, cycling and j.o.b. chairs on the beach, we are ready to provide all the necessary information to connect people to these opportunities.

The streets of Riva await you, with numerous shops for every need, from craft shops, to design, clothes, shoes, sports equipment, leather goods and souvenir shops. In the old town center of Riva you will find many restaurants, hostelries and pizzerias with grilled meat dishes, lake and sea fish and local specialities such as Strangolapreti (baby dumplings) with melted butter, Canederli dumplings, Carne Salada (salt beef) and beans. For those who prefer to eat in the apartment there are several supermarkets a few minutes walk away.
There are a wealth of bars in the area where you can have an aperitif or a drink after dinner, by the lake, near the harbour and in the inner streets of the town center, where you can also listen to good music.
A few steps from the Residence, the harbor provides various boat or hydrofoil trips to discover other towns around Lake Garda. For lovers of sunbathing, only 10min from the center, there are approx. 2 km of beautiful beaches surrounded by greenery along the lakeside walk to Torbole.
Sport & Fun
For those who want an active holiday, the Alto Garda area offers exciting itineraries of all levels of difficulty to do on foot or on 2 wheels.
An excellent location for all kinds of sports immersed in nature thanks to the varied landscapes of the territory, with differences in altitude of over 2000 meters. within 15 km. Around every corner, amazing views, enchanting lakes and breathtaking landscapes are just waiting to surprise you.
The area is full of cycle paths suitable for EVERYONE, numerous MTB trails and extreme downhill trails, trekking and Nordic walking trails. For water lovers, the Garda Trentino area is also the ideal location for sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUP (stand up paddleboard) and canoeing.
On Lake Garda there are also many easy via ferrata (prepared climbing routes) even suitable for families with children, medium-easy ones that are a joy to do even simply for the view and more difficult ones, for both beginners, led by expert guides, and more experienced climbers. A via ferrata allows you to reach seemingly inaccessible places and provides unique emotions.
There are also over 500 climbing routes prepared by the Autonomous Province of Trento and by the city councils of the Alto Garda area.
For fun and a rush of adrenaline in wild environments you can choose canyoning accompanied by expert guides in the gorges excavated by fast flowing rivers over the centuries.
