Short route
Tour without particular technical difficulties accessible to all bikers through nature, history and relaxation.
The destination is Lake Tenno (550m above sea level), a mountain basin with clear and emerald colored waters situated above Lake Garda and can be reached by pedaling through the ancient villages in a sunny valley.
Once we reach the lake we can make a pleasant stop to enjoy a sandwich on its banks or a relaxing swim in its waters.
The route will be partly on tarmac roads open to traffic but not too busy.
After visiting the medieval village of Canale di Tenno, the return downhill is planned in part along dedicated dirt paths and in the last stretch on the cycle path.

Full Route
… once we reach Lake Tenno, we will continue north along the main road that leads to the Ballino pass admiring the lake from above on slopes that vary but never exceed 10%.
Arriving in the village of Ballino, a steep climb awaits us to reach the forest route in the Castil area.
From here, we finally continue on an easy forest road through the woods, the descent presents no particular difficulty even if the surface is sometimes a little loose until we reach the splendid Lake Tenno again.
At this point, as for the short tour, a well-deserved stop and then the subsequent descent to Riva del Garda awaits us.
